This website is operated by SILIASS P (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). For any question about this policy you can reach us at ali@siliassp.com.
2. What we collect
Contact details — when you book a call, fill in a form, or email us, we collect your name, email and any information you choose to share so we can reply.
Usage analytics — anonymous information about how visitors navigate the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to help us improve it.
Marketing performance — when our ad campaigns send traffic to the site, we record which campaign or keyword drove the visit so we can measure results for our clients.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and run the project we are working on together.
To improve the content, design and performance of the website.
To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-fraud).
5. Who sees your data
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the technical providers we rely on to deliver the service — for example our hosting provider, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) and our email service. Each of them is bound by their own data protection terms.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for the time it takes to follow up with you and, where applicable, for the legal retention period (up to 10 years for accounting records).
Anonymous analytics data is kept for a maximum of 25 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to specific uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email ali@siliassp.com — we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
This policy can be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version date below tells you when it was last revised.
